We like to start everyone off in our free trial class. This is a great opportunity to check out our facility, meet our coaches, learn about our program and get in a great workout.

Our Free Class is held on Saturdays at 11:00am.

2.) Foundations

Foundations is an introduction to CrossFit. This program is designed for new and inexperienced members. It will teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit in a series of 12 semi-private sessions. Foundations is an attempt to enhance an individual’s physical preparedness for our regular CrossFit classes.

What you will learn in Foundations is the conventional barbell lifts, basics gymnastics, kettlebell technique and some of the language we use at the box. We talk about movement standards and range of motion, we teach you how to track your progress, and we basically get you ready for our regular classes.

3.) Join the CrossFit Miramont family

If you’ve completed Foundations, or if you’re already an experienced CrossFitter, you’re ready to enroll in our regular classes.

Our prices range from $15 for a drop-in class to $75 for one month unlimited classes as a Miramont member.
