SilverSneakers Rock Climbing
All seniors, SilverSneakers or not, are invited to come to our North location on the third Thursday of each month. Miramont team members will be there to belay and get you set-up to climb! Whether you are an expert climber or trying it out for the first time, come spend the morning on the wall.

SilverStitchers
A new Hand Craft group will be meeting at Miramont South on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm in the Café area. Bring your knitting, crocheting, quilting (or any other hand projects) along.

 

SilverSneakers Hikes

For all of our hikes, we will meet at 7:30am, though our meeting location depends on our hike destination, check the details for which club we will meet at. We will return to our pick up point no later than 4:00 pm. Please bring lunch, water, snacks, and weather appropriate clothing for all hikes. Cost is $5 per person and pre-registration is required.

April 12th Hike to Eagles Nest Open Space
Join us for a day hike to the Eagles Nest Open Space just north of us between Fort Collins and Red Feather. We will meet at Central at 7:30am and head up to the Eagles Nest area. Registration will be available starting Monday, April 1st.

May 17 to Lower Dadd Gulch
Hike with friends along the Lower Dadd Gulch trail on the Poudre Canyon. This trail is just past the Pingree Park Road and is a moderate hike that follows a winding stream and then ends in mountain meadows.  Bring shoes that will stand up to some creek crossings!  We will meet at Miramont Central at 7:30am.  Registration will be available starting Monday, May 7.

August 19 to Bear Lake and Beyond
Head up to Rocky Mountain National Park to see the chain of lakes that start at Bear Lake and head into a chain of four other lakes above.   If time permits, we’ll hit another trail in the area.  Meet at Miramont South 7:30am!  Registration will be available starting Monday, August 12.
