Fitness 101 - A Learn to Exercise Program
Are you new to Miramont Lifestyle Fitness? Is the gym experience feeling a little intimidating? This 6 - week program is geared for those individuals who would like an introduction to the fitness services offered at Miramont as well as some guidance on how to exercise effectively. Membership to Miramont Lifestyle Fitness is not required.

Nutritional guidance accompanied by exercise training that will help you manage your weight effectively. Experience the guidance of a registered dietitian and personal trainer who will assist you with tracking / balancing your diet, motivation and accountability. This 8 - week program is geared for those individuals who have minimal weight loss goals and who do not have any health conditions that need to be medically managed.
